# Operator One (o1.eu)

> Operator One is a Merchant of Record (MoR) and Importer of Record (IoR) that lets brands sell on 100+ European marketplaces without setting up local entities. We absorb VAT, compliance (GPSR, EPR, DAC7, CE), payments, logistics, returns, and account management across all 27 EU countries plus the UK.

Operator One is the legal seller for your products in Europe: you supply the products and receive revenue, while we take on all fiscal and legal liability. Founded 2023, headquartered in Almere (NL) with a hub in Lucca (IT). Merchant of Record operations across the EU since 2021.
