How we work
Two hubs (Almere + Lucca), 12 native EU languages on the floor, weekly brand cadences, daily account-health monitoring. Decisions are made by operators close to the listing, not in a deck. Mistakes get fixed in hours, not sprints.
What you ship
Real-account work: listings live in new locales, ad campaigns rebuilt against contribution margin, an account suspension resolved, a VAT registration through to the first filing, a Suite feature in front of the brand it's for. Outcomes you can show your next employer.

We hire primarily for our Almere (NL) and Lucca (IT) offices, with a hybrid working model in both locations. Some roles are open to hybrid or full-remote within the EU; the role posting will say which.

Most roles are hybrid: a regular cadence in office (Almere or Lucca) plus working-from-home days. A small number of senior or fully digital roles are remote-first within the EU; we don't currently hire fully remote outside Europe.

English is the working language across the company. For most marketplace-operations and customer-service roles, a second EU language (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch or Polish) is a strong plus. Specific language requirements are listed on each job posting.

Permanent full-time is the default for senior and operational roles. We also offer fixed-term internships for students and recent graduates (typically 6 months in Almere or Lucca). Contract specifics are confirmed in the role posting.
