Visual Forge is the imagery layer of the Merchant-of-Record operation. Brand assets flow into it from supplier shoots, packshots and existing creative; the studio renders the marketplace-grade versions and writes them straight back into O1 PIM, so the same canonical asset library powers Amazon hero shots, Bol rich content, Zalando brand zones and the storefront. Because the renders are AI-augmented but human-stylist reviewed, the output keeps a consistent visual language across an entire range — a 200-SKU catalogue stops looking like 200 different photographers shot it. Iteration runs in days instead of months: a new hero treatment, an A+ infographic refresh, a localised lifestyle scene for a country launch — all from the same studio, all syndicated through PIM the moment they're approved.

Dabur — Ayurvedic personal-care relaunch into Western Europe
The brand needed culturally re-framed lifestyle imagery, A+ infographics in four languages and a consistent hero treatment across a 60-SKU range — at marketplace cadence, not photo-shoot cadence. Visual Forge produced the studio hero shots, the in-use lifestyle scenes and the localised A+ frames over a single sprint, all reviewed by a human stylist and published into PIM ready for Amazon EU, Bol and the brand's DTC. Subsequent refreshes (seasonal A+, new SKU additions, localised variants) reuse the same prompt-and-asset library — a new locale launch no longer requires a new photo budget.
