Four ways we work with you. Pick the one that fits.

The MoR model is our default — we sign the contracts, we run the ops, you keep the brand. But it's not the only shape an engagement takes. Some brands keep Amazon and let us run everything else. Some keep 1P where it works and bring us in elsewhere. Some keep the seller entity and just want our team running the playbook. Below: the four shapes, side by side.

Pure MoR

You're the brand. We're the seller.

What it is

O1 is the legal seller of record across every European marketplace your brand sells on. We buy your products, sell to end consumers, invoice them, collect VAT, manage compliance, run customer service, settle monthly.

Model 02

1P + MoR hybrid

Keep 1P where it works. We take MoR everywhere else.

What it is

Some marketplaces want a 1P relationship (Amazon Vendor Central, Otto 1P, Zalando 1P, etc.) and the brand already has momentum or strategic reasons to keep them. We layer O1's MoR on every OTHER marketplace.

What you do

  • Continue running the 1P relationships you want to keep — sales to Amazon EU as vendor, Otto direct, etc., under your own entity
  • Brief our team on which marketplaces / countries stay yours

What O1 does

  • MoR on every marketplace you DON'T want to keep 1P on — Bol, Cdiscount, eMAG, Allegro, Kaufland, MediaMarkt, ManoMano, Leroy Merlin, Decathlon, OTTO 3P, plus 80+ others — all under O1's legal entity

Best for

Brands with established 1P relationships in 1–2 markets that want to add 5+ more marketplaces without rebuilding the whole stack or stretching internal headcount.

Model 03

Your Amazon + O1 MoR

You keep Amazon. O1 runs everything else.

What it is

Common pattern for brands with mature Amazon operations who want to add non-Amazon footprint without setting up local entities or building an in-house marketplace team.

What you do

  • Continue operating Amazon EU Seller Central (or Vendor Central) under your own entity
  • Keep your Amazon ad spend, your buy-box strategy, your A+ content team
  • Brief us on category overlap so brand consistency holds across the broader footprint

What O1 does

Model 04

1P consultancy & management

We run the playbook. You stay the seller.

What it is

O1's operating team runs your marketplace business inside YOUR seller dashboards under YOUR entity. We execute; you invoice. No transfer of seller-of-record status.

What you do

  • Hold the seller-of-record entities (one per marketplace where required)
  • Hold the VAT registrations, GPSR designations, EPR registrations, DAC7 reporting status
  • Receive marketplace settlements directly into your accounts

What O1 does

  • All operational work — onboarding through Catalogue Forge, per-channel listings through O1 PIM, paid marketplace ads through Advertising Forge, customer service through Support Forge, replenishment / inventory planning through Logistics Forge
  • We work inside YOUR seller dashboards under YOUR entity
  • Reporting can still be consolidated into O1 Suite (read-only)

Best for

Brands that already have European entities, can absorb compliance overhead internally, but lack the operational team to actually run marketplaces effectively. Larger / more mature brands. Brands with existing finance + legal structures they don't want to dismantle.

Commercial summary

Commercial model: a service engagement (not an MoR settlement) — the brand stays the seller of record, keeps every marketplace settlement direct, and the operational team runs the playbook inside the brand's accounts. The full commercial frame is covered on a discovery call so we can match it to your category economics.
