We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Backoffice Amazon Vendor Specialist to support our ordering activities and manage daily business operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of order processing, delivery management, and maintaining effective communication between our team, warehouse, and partners. - Support Ordering Activities: Process orders efficiently on Amazon, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment and timely execution.
- Manage Day-to-Day Business: Oversee daily operations related to our Amazon business segment, ensuring all activities align with company goals and customer expectations.
- Overlook Deliveries and Orders: Monitor and manage the logistics of order shipments, coordinate with logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Communicate with the Warehouse: Serve as the primary point of communication between our internal team and warehouse staff to facilitate smooth operations and address any logistical challenges.
- Partner Liaison: Act as the key touchpoint between our company and external partners, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.

Our ideal candidate...
- Proven experience in marketplace operations, Amazon Vendor, e-commerce back-office, or a similar role - minimum 2 years required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively and to work well under pressure and respond to changing priorities
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- Fluent English speaker with exceptional communication skills. Fluent in other European language(s) is a bonus
- Knowledge of supply chain management and e-commerce logistics
- Proficiency in using Amazon Vendor Central is a big plus.
