We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Marketplace Operations Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a pivotal point of contact between our marketplaces and customers, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery. • Manage First and Second Level Support: Act as the primary liaison between marketplaces and our customers, addressing and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction and continuity of business processes.
• Supply Chain and Re-stocking Management: Oversee the supply chain logistics, coordinate re-stocking processes across various platforms, and ensure that inventory levels meet the ongoing demand.
• Support with Ongoing Activities: Assist with daily operational tasks, provide periodic reports, and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Brand Representation: Represent the company professionally in all interactions, embodying our values and fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate...

• Proven experience in marketplace operations, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure and respond to changing priorities
• Quick learner with a growth mindset
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Fluent English speaker with exceptional communication skills. Fluent in other European language(s) is a bonus
• It is considered a plus if you have experience with Jira, XML, PIM, ChannelAdvisor/ChannelEngine or Vendiro
