No. Operator One holds the Amazon Ireland seller account under our MoR entity. You sign one master agreement with us; there is no separate marketplace contract for you to sign or manage.

We do. As Merchant of Record, Operator One is the party on the consumer invoice, so VAT collection, EPR, EPR registrations, DAC7 reporting (GPSR Responsible Person sits with O1 when we are your Importer of Record) and returns processing all sit with us, not with your brand.

Amazon Ireland is one channel inside your O1 mix, and you keep the call on where else your brand sells. If you want Amazon Ireland to be the only marketplace we run for you, we can scope the engagement that way; if you later want to add others, the same O1 entity covers them under the same master agreement.

Where Amazon Ireland runs a buy-box-style mechanic, O1 Suite tracks the winner status and price gap per SKU and we repricer on rules you sign off on, not opaque automation. Where there's no buy-box, the pricing rules apply on top of the marketplace's own pricing logic instead.
