Pure 3P. Insertion fees (mostly free at low listing counts) plus final-value fees (~10–12% on most categories). eBay UK added a Buyer Protection fee and Simple Delivery managed shipping in 2025; final-value fees rose in 2026. No eBay-owned fulfilment.
